SAUCY MARY'S LODGE sits right in the heart of the little fishing village of Kyleakin, looking out over the water to its nearest neighbour, Kyle of Lochalsh.
A 3-star hostel, many of its rooms enjoy the same sea views and private rooms are available. All are conveniently located next to the world-renowned Saucy Mary's Bar and on-site general store.
Breakfast is available each morning. Two self-catering kitchens are on hand if you want to bring your own food and cook for yourself.
Broadband Internet is accessible from the shop, along with a Wi-Fi hotspot if you are bringing your own laptop. Signal strength for mobile telephones is generally very good.
Accommodation starts from just £17.00 pppn (seasonal and subject to terms and conditions). Group packages are also available.
Saucy Mary's Bar offers great 'craic' for all travellers, with regular live entertainment, full menu 5pm to 9pm, sea views and extended opening hours. It is a popular watering-hole for the large number of independent international travellers/backpackers staying locally all year round.
Glenarroch Bed & Breakfast is situated next to Saucy Mary's Lodge and Bar and offers en-suite accommodation for single, twin, double, king-size double and 3 or 4 people. Prices start at £26.00 per person. |
